This Payment Method Policy describes the principal rules that apply when a customer pays for products or services through www.viestiq.com. The Site is operated by Sebetro OÜ. It explains displayed currencies, payment security, customer authorisation, pricing changes, disputed transactions, and the purchase-history discount structure.
1. Displayed currencies and secure processing
Prices on www.viestiq.com may be displayed in United States dollars (USD) and euros (EUR). Payments are processed through a secure, verified third-party payment gateway. Sensitive payment credentials are not intended to pass through or be stored directly on our website systems. Payment information transmitted during checkout is protected using SSL/TLS encryption and the security controls of the relevant payment provider.
2. Your authority to make the payment
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment instrument selected at checkout. This includes, where applicable, a debit card, credit card, or another payment instrument offered by the payment provider. You should not use a payment method that belongs to another person unless you have their valid authority to do so.
3. Genuine disputes and fraudulent chargebacks

This does not prevent a customer from raising a legitimate billing concern or exercising a lawful chargeback right.
4. Price and plan changes
Sebetro OÜ may revise the price of services or products from time to time. We may also change prices displayed on www.viestiq.com and may adjust the amount of resources, features, or entitlements included in a particular plan. Any price applicable to a new purchase should be the price presented at the relevant point of checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors and any rights required by law.
5. Purchase-history discount structure
www.viestiq.com uses a tiered discount system under which eligible repeat purchases receive progressively larger discounts based on purchase history. Under the stated structure, the second purchase receives a 5% discount, the third purchase receives a 15% discount, and the fourth purchase receives a 25% discount. The discount may continue to increase on later qualifying purchases, but the maximum discount available under this system is 40%. Any discount is subject to the conditions displayed or communicated for the relevant purchase.
